Nothing's stopping me <whips out Corp. credit card>...  

I just read the article, though it gives some nice ideas for decreasing the
synch time (changing the reply/forward tracking options, etc), it still
doesn't tell me how Outlook/Exch decides what items need to be synched or
give me any idea of why a Sent Items folder takes so long even if there have
been no changes (or only one or two small additions)...
