Yes we do have the recipient policy for customerXYZ.com and for
customerABC.com

We actually use a derivative of the WebAdmin tool, so it creates the
recipient policies programmatically for each new customer.

When Exchange 2000 first came out, I thought it was a bit strange that
multiple users could have the same mailbox name (thinking with my Exchange
5.5 half of the brain) Then I tested everything with Outlook Web Access,
and indeed Exchange 2000 did not have a problem with that. I thought
"cool" and assumed that there would be no further problems. The
installable file system (the M: drive) also did not object to holding the
multiple directories with the same name.

It seems however that the technology of Outlook 2000 and even 2002 does
not know how to deal with this. Unless I am missing something...
