Wow your word wrap is a little broken. ;)

Removing an SMTP address doesn't really prevent a user from receiving mail,
but it's close enough for government work. Preventing is done by using the
restrictions tab on the IMS. If someone hasn't mentioned it yet, using DLs
for this task is preferable to adding individual user accounts.
