Now back to your subject... Any one of us could give you any kind of advice on MS licensing issues. However, when you get audited and you're asked where you got your information. What are you going to tell them? Well uh, the guys on this Exchange list group told me that I could do it this way... Soon after you'll quite possibly be paying a fine for incorrect licensing and wondering why versus calling your sales rep and having them clarifying your licensing "in writing" so you don't get burned. Take it either way.
