Yes I have found that one and simmtester to both be good
(www.simmtester.com).  The memtest86 one will report bogus errors at
location 4e0 on intel 810, 815, and 850 chipsets though.

Taking the subject of RAM tests by the horns, I'd
recommend using MemTest86 (from www.memtest86.com).
It's free, runs from a boot floppy, and is thorough.
