Thuzar,
are you using Exchange 5.5? if so, it is not difficult to set up Address
Book Views. See Q182902
(http://support.microsoft.com/directory/article.asp?ID=KB;EN-US;Q182902) for
details.

Hello Joyce, thanks so much for your info and quick response.

Receiving part is working, they are able to receive mail from only within
their training environment. Sending part is the problem. How do I create a
separate GAL that can be viewed by the students? ? Even though, I cannot
control their sending to internal associates, just like you mentioned, if
they know the names, having the separate GAL would be nice ( partly secured)

- Thanks,
Thuzar

Go to the mailboxes of the persons you dont wish the trainers to email and
add the names to the 'reject messages from' field under the 'Delivery
Restrictions' tab. Creating separate GALS that can only be viewed by certain
persons is of course possible, but if the training users know the other
users email addresses they can still send mail to them.

Sending restriction

Please educate me on how I can restrict sending messages to other internal
associates from a group of students (users) that are in the training
session.

Is there a way to create a specific Address Book for the students and be
viewed only by them? ? That way they don't view the GAL.

I was able to restrict the delivery options so that they cannot receive
email from the rest except within the classroom environment.

Thanks in advance.
