It could be, depending on the company (someone has already hit on a number
of different elements). It would also depend on how much AV your company has
in place right now. If you're going from ZERO AV protection, yes, it should
be a full time project until you have the layers of protection in place and
running.

This could be easily rolled into a generic "network/computer security"
position, which should be a full time job.

Just curious what some of the Exchange Admins think.  Would you consider
Antivirus a full time job?  I speak for both email and network/desktop.


Around here it isn't, although we wish it was cause it seems to be getting
neglected.  We are around 1300 users right now.
