Is 7024 event an expected event on the IS/DS consistency check for unknown usernames on:
system configuration Schedule + Free Busy Offline Address book OAB 2 It reads: Public Folder System Configuration does not have any Owners in its access control list. It's just an informational event, and it sounds like that would be right to me... but I didn't find the event listed on the MSKB and thought I would just see if anyone else knew for sure.
