It's malformed. It should be sent with multipart/alternative. Additionally
the line:
boundry="------------InterScan_NT_MIME_Boundry"
should be equivalent to "--=====================_938802==_.ALT"

and finally the correct word is "boundary" not "boundry". If that's not a
result of your munging than that's the problem.
