No, I work 8x5 like the rest of the 4000 staff in my organization and so opportunities to move mailboxes are in a small window in the mornings between 7am and 8am, before users arrive. That does not give a lot of time to move users, and moving a mailbox of, say, 100 MB can take some time. Try moving 500 mailboxes with an average of 30 MB each and I think you'll find it takes longer than a backup and restore.
