Ok it's Exchanged 2000 SP 1, Windows 2000 SP 2. There's no antivirus software on there. Other then that there is Backup Exec, Outlook, and a few insurance rating programs that have been on there for years.

It was weird cause it was working all day long and then happened all of the sudden.
