I found this article at the Veritas site (and then it was pointed out by Andrew and Ed) that I need to have the "Microsoft Exchange Information Store" selection checked and not the "Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes" selection. This appears to be my problem. http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/231250.htm Thanks you everyone for helping me out. I'm a web developer that got forced into figuring this out when our Admin was fired. Thanks again. There should be a "Microsoft Information Store" on the same level with Mailboxes, along with things like C$, D$, System State, etc... If you don't back up the information store, the logs will not be flushed as it will not be considered as a FULL backup.
