Jim,

Thanks for the info but I have made the new server the first server in
site and I have yet to delete the old server.  I just powered it off.  I
have tested out some of the computers here and did find that if one of my
techs just did a check name when I move their account and did not
re-create the Outlook address book then they have problems with the hang. 
If my tech did what I told them to do or if they got the script and it
completely recreated the profile everything works just fine.  So in short,
I'm going to power this server down and delete it and handle the 100 or so
calls for outlook not working.
