The one experience I had had to do when a user logged into his NT4 domain was trying to access a calendar of someone else. All users had a E2K mailbox setup. The only way to get users to see other calendars when logged into a NT4 domain with a E2K mailbox was to give full rights to that mailbox on the AD side. But this gave them access to all folders. When they are logged into a 2000 domain everthing worked fine. Hope this helps.
