In exchange admin, get to the property pages for a server. Select the
advanced tab. Select Consistency Adjuster. Check "Remove unknown user
accounts from public folder permissions", select "all inconsistencies" and

Subject: Public Folder Permission Cleanup

Is there a tool/utility that can be used to cleanup/remove the permissions
on Public Folders for those users who are deleted? We've looked at PFINFO
and PFADMIN. However, PFADMIN does not allow you to remove an ACL setting
for someone's distinguished name. Are there any 3rd party tools that will
automatically read through the PF tree and remove the permissions of any
users that do not have corresponding mailboxes in the site?
