I mean that you need to take into account the way Exchange works with its transaction logs - how they're cached and then written. Doing this simultaneously with geographically dispersed systems is unreliable and is simply, IMO, asking for at trouble. There is no product out there today that can make this work consistently - they may work for a while, but I would not want to tell anyone that this type of solution (geo-clustering) is a great way to go.
