Do you have a fireproof safe at all? I would have thought you would even if you are a small business. To get a little (boltdown)safe that is fireproof for an hour or so (hopefully long enough for the fire service to get there plus maybe put it somewhere sensible) isn't too expensive and you can put all your system media in there as well. Plus take one offsite at end of every week.
