Can they log in using any of the various log in names such as:

alias
smtp address
display name
?

This can help you narrow it down. I have seen similair alias' confuse OWA
but if it is happening to everyone then it is most likely not that. Also,
did you recently modify your mailboxes on that server using a dir import? I
was doing a dir import and accidently duplicated all my directory mailboxes
on one server thus confusing the heck out of OWA for all the users on that
server.
