Right on. NAV for Exchange causes the errors. Found an article on Symantec on some changes to NAV and it pointed to a Qnote at MS that had some registry changes. That Qnote by the way doesn't come up in a search for offline, just MAPI. It say to wait one hour per Gig before the results will be known. Progress, I know what the problem is. Now I can focus on a solution.
