But, if someone request a meeting, wouldn't that also forward to the PST? -----Original Message----- From: Darcy Adams [mailto:Darcy.Adams@;gettyimages.com] Sent: Monday, November 04, 2002 11:18 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: RE: Appointments/Personal Folders
Hmmm. . . how about this - keep the mailbox as the primary delivery point, and write a rule to forward all mail to a .pst file. That *should* keep the calendar on the server, of course it also means that it you'll have to access your calendar in your mailbox instead of the .pst. -----Original Message----- From: Martin Blackstone [mailto:MBlackstone@;superioraccess.com] Sent: Monday, November 04, 2002 8:07 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: RE: Appointments/Personal Folders Yep. Its one or the other. -----Original Message----- From: Darcy Adams [mailto:Darcy.Adams@;gettyimages.com] Sent: Monday, November 04, 2002 8:07 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: RE: Appointments/Personal Folders I think you're SOL on this one. I've never found a way to keep the calendar on the server yet use a .pst file for the primary delivery point. Although I'd certainly be interested in hearing otherwise. -----Original Message----- From: McCready, Robert [mailto:Robert.McCready@;DPLINC.com] Sent: Monday, November 04, 2002 7:54 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Appointments/Personal Folders Greetings all, Exchange 5.5, NT 4.0, Outlook 98. If E-mail is setup to deliver to a personal folder, and I accept an incoming meeting request, the meeting updates the calendar in the personal folder. Is there any way to have the E-mail deliver to a personal folder, but still update the original calendar? Since the rest of the organization only sees the main calendar, I want all appointments going there, not to the personal folder. Am I out of luck? Is the only solution to have the mail delivered to the regular Inbox, and not the personal folder? Thanks.
