Yes - but the actual calendar should stay in the mailbox, and I'm guessing that if you accepted the invitation, it would be recorded in the server-based calendar. Or, you might trying writing an exception for calendar requests. It's worth a try.

Since the rest of the organization only sees the main calendar, I want all appointments going there, not to the personal folder. Am I out of luck?
