It does matter in that he was responding to the level of service pack
Martin suggested.  
If you must, at least jump all over him when he's actually wrong.

And the simple fact, Precht, is that it doesn't matter.

It's a client side, not a server side, fix. And the functionality has
existed at least since Outlook 2000 SR1.
