I tried setting him up on another system and it did the same thing. Even something as simple as selecting a read email in his Inbox and marking it as unread lags a few seconds. He did mention that it might have started happening at the same time I reinstalled OWA and SP4 but I don't see why it would effect only his mailbox. I think I am misunderstanding you. Did you mean to say that? This is only happening with this one mailbox whether he is logged in or out. Just moving the highlight bar lags...Other systems can open/close emails with no lag. I've noticed that when I send the user an email it sits in my Outbox for about five seconds instead of just going immediately like when I send to anyone else. I've tried sending when his Outlook client is closed and it doesn't make a difference. This is a pretty vanilla client except I have two shared resources added. DHCP is running fine. All updates are in. Anyone have any ideas why the mailbox would lag like this? It doesn't seem to be the workstation that is the problem. He has 85MB out of 450MB allowed. No filters setup...his mailbox is generic too. Thanks for any help!
