I am trying to create a program/script for our field users
They have to perform this send/receive over dial up and sometime is can
take hours.

I am trying to write this script and then call it as a scheduled task
Or have it as a simple double-click and forget.

I also have 2 other programs that have to perform a communication that I
can call from the script

In fact the whole script is complete with the exception of the outlook
send/receive.

What's the problem that you are trying to solve by using this script?
