Well, this probably won't be quite as technical as you want... but it is what I have experienced. Lotus notes - No decent support in the channel (premium support) - core product has not been substancially updated in years, but has an update every month... requires a heafty subscrition fee. Microsoft Exchange - Ex engineers are a dime a dozen, MS has Excellent support. Documeantation O' Plenty. Client requires only network logon, not a file to access thier data (ever have a Notes user loose that file and you realize there is no backup - a NIGHTMARE!) Exchange does not have the file management that Notes does, but if that is not being utilized it is definately worth going to Exchange. Especially that Domino server is the most ass backwards program that I have ever run into...but that's just my 2 cents :)
