Andrew maybe I didn't explain it clear enough in the original message. I can see the appointments if I look in OWA or in my Blackberry but not if I look in Outlook. It has happened to me and to others as well. I know about the M drive but I don't think it pertains to this. This is different because the meetings are still viewable through OWA and Blackberry. I have checked all the views and I have used all the switches I can think of with no luck.
