Well... Ximian with the exchange connector has the advantage of being able to view/edit the calendar, tasks, etc... it's very similar in appearance to outlook. Quite a few of our Linux people use it. (it's really going through OWA to get to the additional folders (calendar, tasks)). The client is free, but the Connector will cost you. I think it costs around $25US per client. I use Evolution on my linux desktop, and it has a very "Outlook-y" feel.
