1) Store all incoming mail for later pickup? I don't think so. Look at the
forward to smarthost option.
2) There is an excellent help file for Exchange 2000. The file is called
exadmin.chm. Exchange System Manager help should call this up. Mine calls
both the MMC help and the Exchange2000 help.

Also where is the help file for Ex2000, in the System Manager I only get
MMC help, and the link to Books Online takes me to the files for Ex5.5
Is this normal?
