W2K's version actually does allow backups to disk, which is way cool at home.  :)

2) Our users don't know whether they access 1 or 12 servers, or even what OS is on them.  They have multiple share mappings of course.

That's not bad.

 

1) If you go to W2K, you can back exchange up to disk (did you mention the need to purchase a tape drive?)

2) Why do you have to teach your users that there are 2 servers?  They needn't know.
