I dunno. I've got nt4.0, 50 workstations + assorted printers and stuff. I did it myself in less than one day. Created a new DHCP scope, recreated WINS. Got to make sure you're MX record gets changed. I don't use LMHosts. My SQL client required some tweaking because I was connecting via IP.

I would very highly recommend phazing you migration in
smaller pieces my company has 100 workstations and we
did it in one fel swoop and tried to migrate to win 2k
at the same time it was bad for our own sanity only do
what we did as a last resort.
