DNS Problem

I posted a question about this a while back and still have not been able
to resolve it.

If I were to send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (any domain
that does not exist), it will set in the queue and keep retrying until
it times out.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot it?

I am running Exchange 2000.
