What happens if I simply put his hotmail account as on additional SMPT
account and keep his regular e-mail as the default?
I'm using E2k SP1

Using Exchange Admin, Create a custom recipient then add that recipient
to
his mailbox as the alternate recipient - remembering to either copy to
his
own mailbox as well or remember to switch it off when he gets back.

My boss is leaving for Switzerland this PM. Last year he could not get
OWA
to work, it worked in Italy. I would like to forard his e-mail to his
hotmail account. How do I do that on the server? He does not want to
keep
his Outlook 2000 open.
