You can find the document for manually removing Groupshield on the CD - gse45nag.pdf - in the - \GrpShld\Exchange\Server_v4xx directory. I believe page 52. Very simple procedure.
 
So what exactly do people not like about the NAI products?

Go ahead and visit NAI's website and hunt down the document for manually removing GroupShield from Exchange. Once you've accomplished that, installing Antigen is a piece of cake. I think you'll need your grant number to search the Prime Support Knowledge base for the documentation. If I can find my copy, I'll send it off to ya.
 
Great choice to go with Antigen.
