I did have the same problem, downloaded the HP JetAdmin and firmware files from HP. Upgraded the firmware and it works now. I had a hard time locating the firmware but finally located all the files http://www.hp.com/go/webjetadmin_firmware

There is a OCR Firmware update from HP. Can somebody help ?? What this is about ?? Are there other people who had the same problems ?? We found a work around, but its annoying to do it all the time : You open the HTML email under forward and then you print. You don't have to forward it really, you can close the forward after printing. Thanks in advance for any help.
