Hi All ! I have a very strange problem !
Items older than 2 months are deleted every night from mailboxes (private IS). Items are deleted in a "smart" way. Only read messages are removed, unread messages remain in the mailbox. The deletion occurs every night. Messages are deleted from inbox, sent items and deleted items folders. For some users certain messages are not deleted (I could not understand what is so special with the messages that are not deleted). I run exchange server 5.5 SP 4. Auto archive is disabled at the clients. Server Mailbox Manager is configured not to clean anything !!! Does anybody have any idea what deletes these messages ? Is it the client or the server ???
