Thanks for replying.
No, there are no scheduled batches. At least I cannot see then with AT command. The only scheduled task is Anti-Virus check every weekend.

    You don't have any batchfiles turning ? Perhaps somebody installed a progame
    that goes looking for specifik e-mails older then a certain date and for a
    specifik group each nigth.  We have such things for cleaning up old stuff.
    Gives us more room on the HD's.
