Sorry, I misunderstood.

The message is pretty much going to the entire company, so I'd say 99% of the users
receiving the message use the store on the server. But it was delivered to everyone
at about the same time.

Um, I'm not sure that I understand your answer -- or that you understood my
question.

Where are the messages RECEIVED to? Are you using the store on the Exchange
server? or are your users downloading their mail into pst files?

No, the message is being sent from their main mailbox.

Are your users using PSTs?

> Our company has periodically emails out virus update files to everyone in
the company. We have one person who sends out the emails and they usually
schedule the message to be delivered sometime late at night (around 2 am).
When the user gets ready to leave for the day, they close their outlook
client and it tells them that they have one message remaining in their
outbox. They go ahead and close Outlook. The message does not get
delivered at the scheduled time in the middle of the night. Instead it gets
delivered sometime in the middle of the next day.

still has not been delivered. If I go to Exchange Admin and track the
message, it shows that it has been transferred to the private information
store on our exchange server at 11:27 pm last night.

there a way I can go into the IS and remove it before it is delivered?
