I have a personal exchange server I use for a few friends, and it sounds like they can handle this one the same way I do mine.... no backups, just a lot of praying =]

Just got back and thanks to everybody who answered.  It's on a 16 gig drive that has about 6 gigs of other stuff on it so, the 5 gigs it's making should be fine.?.?  Anyway it seems what is happening is, after the server is rebooted it turns disk caching back on.  turn it off and there doesn't seem to be any problems. This customer is a church so they put the capital b in buget.  It is a an AMD k6-2 450 1/2 gig of ram and two, count em two ide hard drives.  yeah yeah I know.  I'm trying to get them to at least put in a third hdd so everybody can rest on there own hdd.  Yes it's backed up every night with backup exec.
thanks again,   any other additional thoughts my ears are wide open.
Matt
