With some 5,00+ users globally in our system, we have similar issues, but there really are no good technical solutions for PBCAK issues.

My users are pushing the envelope of idiocy by wanting me to come up with a way for them get a prompt - similar to the "Are you Sure" ones - when they send e-Mails. Seems that we have similar names in the GAL as well as in their Contacts (Like Robert L. Jones and Robert M. Jones) and we have compromised some litigations by sending the information to the incorrect Attorneys.

Please contact me as soon as possible with ever helpful insight, as my CIO is awaiting (as always on something that he needed from me yesterday. Thanks, people.
