Hi,
What
my site do is put a brackets at the display name ( ). Inside the bracket
contains
the
department or organizations. This will add one more parameter to
differentiate the
display names. As for the local contacts in the Outlook, we can do
nothing abt that.

Subject: Similar Names In GALMy users are pushing the envelope of idiocy by wanting me to come up with a way for them get a prompt - similar to the "Are you Sure" ones - when they send e-Mails. Seems that we have similar names in the GAL as well as in their Contacts (Like Robert L. Jones and Robert M. Jones) and we have compromised some litigations by sending the information to the incorrect Attorneys.
Please contact me as soon as possible with ever helpful insight, as my CIO is awaiting (as always on something that he needed from me yesterday. Thanks, people.
