 Guys:

 I have a Windows 2000 Domain with four DC's ,
 and exchange 2000  server is holding two roles
 1. Domain Master and
 2. PDC E

and the rest are being shared by other DC's

My question what is the criteria to distribute all these 5 roles equally among different DC's .
