My biggest problem with palm is the sync software was a pain to setup on
a secured Win2k workstation. You have to have admin privilages to
install, as it should be, but then you have to move shortcuts and other
stuff to the All Users profile. I have moved everyone I could off of
Palm and onto PocketPC's. ActiveSync is much more Win2k friendly. You
just install it and most of the time it works. I have had issues with
USB Sync cradles but I haven't had any complaints from my users in a
long time.

This is a bit off topic, but the company president is looking to buy a
hand held electronic scheduler/calendar. He will be using Outlook 2000
on
his desktop and would like something that will interface with OL 2000.
I
would appreciate any suggestions from the list, since I am not
experienced in the Palm Pilot technology.

Thanks in advance,

JRiley
