I then deleted the users mail box, recreated it and restored -- now it is ok. I have a few other users with the same problem. Is there anyway to delete one of the standard outlook/exchange folders (contacts, inbox, etc) thanks dave "David Erickson" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:215743@exchangelist... > > Hello, > > I have an exchange 5.5 server and the users attach via outlook 2000.
