You may try to delete and recreate the outlook profile of the affected users
instead.
(Of course some personal settings/views are lost then...)

I tried restoring the corrupt folder (drafts) and the restore was
successful, but still get the "unable to display the folder there is not
enough memory available on the Microsoft Exchange Server computer to
perform...".  I then deleted the users mail box, recreated it and
restored -- now it is ok.

I have a few other users with the same problem.  Is there anyway to delete
one of the standard outlook/exchange folders (contacts, inbox, etc)
