Not sure about adding it to the actions menu but what I have done is setup shortcuts so that the user simply clicks on the icon and it opens a new message with the modified form. We have done this for a Phone message form that we created for our receptionist. the command line for the shortcut was
"c:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe" /c IPM.Note.Frontdesk Place this on The Microsoft Office shortcut bar or the desktop and the user does not have to search for the form. -----Original Message----- From: Clark, Steve [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, 8 January 2002 11:33 To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: RE: CREATING TEMPLATE WITH AUTOMATIC TO: ADDRESSING Any idea how to add this form to the actions menu so the user simply clicks on Action, New "form" (form being whatever you call it)? Start with a plain email message, go to Tools...Forms...Design this form, and customize it as needed.
