To run Exchange 5.5 on Win2K you don't HAVE to have AD, you can run in Mixed
Mode.  If you do have AD, you don't HAVE to have the ADC.

But it's nice.

I am also very interested in this. Particularly about DNS/AD issues. Do you
still need to deploy AD? I have browsed MS's sites, but the info I got was
either scanty or not very clear.
