Exactly. If it is just OWA, and your building with the servers burns down (which is a disaster), the OWA box wont be able to connect to anything because the mail server are all burned up. As for the IMC, you have a relay in place. You could use that.Tell the Unix server to hold the mail for a couple of weeks.
