Why is that you are sending the same question under different subject?

Hi All,
I installed an archiving product on my test exchange server. Somehow, I am
the only one able to configure a mail profile. Also, the administrator of
that exchange domain can create a mail profile but any other user gets the
following message: "The name could not be resolved. The name could not be
related to a name in the address list".
Has anyone experienced this? My server is Exchange 5.5 SP4, client is
Outlook 2000.
