Relay Question

Hello everyone,   i have a quick question for you exchange people.  i have been trying to send mail to a certain domain and here is the message i am getting....the mail bounces back to my exchange server (5.5 SP3 on NT 4)..     The recipient name is not recognized The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=EI Team;l=EIMAIL-020318185220Z-163 MSEXCH:IMS:EI Team:EI:EIMAIL 3554 (000B099C) 554 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Relay access denied   the [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a different address that i blacked out with x's. is that relay error on my box or their e-mail server? any insight is appreciated...all other mail is working fine....   Bob C.
