We've had three or four staff experience this at different times over the past year ... all of a sudden one day on their personal home PCs they cannot get their e-mail through OWA from home. All have been using Windows ME. They can get to any other website except our OWA page. And we've never been able to get them re-connected despite some pretty serious (and very time-consuming) troubleshooting - they've all had to re-install or upgrade their operating systems. When the problem starts, they get IE errors connecting to our OWA page - connection basically times out saying there's a DNS error. We know their mailboxes are OK because if they use any other machine they can get in.
Anybody had the same experience, or know of anything 'unique' with ME that we should look at? fyi .. we're using Exch5.5sp4 on NT4sp6 Rob Sargent List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm
