Another thing, when you're competent, even without certs or a college degree you have to face certain kinds of discrimination: ie, age or gender. Which is why as an individual struggling right now, I have tremendous admiration for such as Don and Missy. :) Oh yes, it's a really well known fact that the biggest majority of college grads cheated their way through college. But as said before, the paper does a good job at concealing cracks in the plaster. *lol
